I am a native of Knoxville and proud to still call it home.  After earning a bachelor of arts with majors in History and ancient Greek & Hebrew, and a master of arts in Theology, I spent four years teaching and drafting curricula in secondary education. My unique path to the practice of law has equipped me to be a compassionate advocate while handling difficult situations, making me well-suited to help clients with estate and business matters. As a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association, I am a frequent speaker at estate planning and probate seminars.

Apart from my profession, I stay busy in my local community coaching my children in youth sports and assuming leadership roles through my church, but mostly I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children.
