About

My Practice

After having practiced with reputable law firms in Knoxville for over twelve years, I am excited to be operating my own law office with a focus on estate and trust planning, probate administration, conservatorships/guardianships, business and corporate law. I approach every case and issue with a client-centric perspective, constantly striving to provide the best counsel and service for each unique situation. As much of my practice consists of transactional matters, I concentrate on achieving client satisfaction through excellence and creativity in the counsel and services I provide. With experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, as well as mediations, I understand the extent of what it takes to achieve resolution for my clients who may be facing a dispute. Whatever legal issue you may be facing, I would be pleased to see how Wilkins Law may be able to serve you.

About Me

I am a native of Knoxville and proud to still call it home. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in History and Ancient Greek & Hebrew, and a Master of Arts in Theology, I spent four years teaching and drafting curricula in secondary education. My unique path to the practice of law has equipped me to be a compassionate advocate while handling difficult situations, making me well-suited to help clients with estate and business matters. As a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association, I am a frequent speaker at estate planning and probate seminars.

Apart from my profession, I stay busy in my local community coaching my children in youth sports and assuming leadership roles through my church, but mostly I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children. Learn more about me on LinkedIn.
